Entity Status
Company formation is underway. Company number, registered office details, and formal entity disclosures will be published here once incorporation is complete.
This website describes a company in formation, a pre-authorisation roadmap, and diligence materials for a planned operating model. It does not describe a live regulated institution.
Regulatory Status
No Vayan entity is currently authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), the Prudential Regulation Authority (PRA), the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC), or any other financial regulatory authority.
FCA Electronic Money Institution (EMI) and OCC charter pathways are part of the current roadmap. Any filing, review, and approval timeline depends on incorporation, supervisory engagement, and regulatory review. A later UK banking licence pathway remains a planned follow-on stage rather than a current application.

Legal basis. Legitimate interests (managing pre-launch commercial and regulatory relationships) and, where applicable, explicit consent at the point of submission.
