Yves R. Burri
Co-Founder & CEO
Yves leads capital formation, institutional partnerships, and regulatory strategy. He founded Menexus GmbH in 2016 and has built real-world asset tokenization infrastructure with a focus on Gulf markets.
His background spans international management, cross-border commercial operations, and digital securities across Switzerland and Asia.
Hubert Knapp
Co-Founder & CTO
Hubert leads technology architecture and banking infrastructure. He previously built and operated a UK-licensed banking institution (Lqid), giving him direct experience with regulatory capital requirements and supervisory relationships.
He holds a Master's from the Frankfurt School of Finance and a postgraduate qualification in Islamic Finance—relevant for Vayan's Saudi and UAE market entry.

UK-qualified counsel to lead EMI licensing, banking licence workstreams, and legal framework for partner agreements.
Head of Compliance / MLRO
Compliance leadership with FCA or DFSA experience to translate policy into production-grade controls.
Head of Network Partnerships
Own partner-bank pipeline, commercial terms, and rollout sequencing for the first network participants.
Real Estate & Islamic Finance
Lead our Saudi and UAE real estate financing expansion, including Sharia board relationships.
